John and his team did a great job of financing my new multi-family property. They were very helpful and also explaining each process well. John came up with a great solution that helped me qualify to buy my four-unit property and without that solution, I wouldn't be able to qualify. They are very professional and they did a great job. They spent over time to close the deal but the team was absolutely ok with it and I am thankful for that. I will be happy to work with them again because I know they will get the job done. Me and my husband had the pleasure of working with John and Peter to get our first mortgage loan in March 2022. They were so helpful and patient!  Both me and my husband are self employed and don't have "normal" jobs. It was really hard to find mortgage loans or lenders to work with our unique situation. John is so much fun to work with, and he also has  great team of professionals. They really answer the phones, and get back to you.  In my case, I was exploring, exploring, exploring the right investment property to buy.  They went over more and more scenarios with me, and during COVID the market has been up-ended.  **At the end of the day, they helped me close on a condo using my first ever non-conventional loan.**   It was a great loan, with rates as low as conventional! I couldn't believe it. I can't wait to make my next purchase and will definitely be looking to them to strategize further. I am a buyer who received financing from John Clark closing on April 27, 2021. UPDATE: I also closed a loan with John in February 2022, and got an AMAZING rate (before this current rate upending we are currently experiencing.)  He also refinanced a property of mine closing around August, 2021.  So, I am a repeat customer, and now a friend.
